Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as comfortable as you look in your Kaftko pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your gear is in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
